Education is not a word they know! When you ask them a question, or they don't answer or they answer you the worse possible way (saying it's not their problem - what mature and professional it is!). Also, there's always a problem with the salary. Every month there's a new problem and less money on your payslip even if you worked all month with no absences! They have no excuses. You can add to this that the company is new and has no many projects. I think there's just one and nothing more so if you want to work for another project or grow up in your career you're in the wrong place.
