Very nice.
Would give zero stars rating, if possible. Have been waiting for 3 months to have my Range Rover VELAR's car keys replaced, and through an indescribable, incomprehensible level of incompetence by all CARCLASSE representatives, there continues to be no end in sight. Shame on LAND ROVER for handing the concession to these people. This is a luxury brand, not some street fair merchant operation.
I became surprised whit the excellent service on my car and the professional and frienddly attention.
The worst Mercedes Service i have ever seen. Some body broke my car in the parking in day 25 at Christmas day i left the car in Carclasse for repair and to make a insurance claim but the staffs in maintenance desk and administrative who is responsible to make it they don’t have any idea not even how to take a complain. They give me two appointments to take the another car in replacement but still they cannot replace the glass of car nor they provide me another car from insurance.The process is 0% what a horrible experience
Very very nice place to buy Mercedes Benz cars, parts and acessories, friendly people, very customer oriented, very quiet, very nice.
Staff didn't give a dawn when I went check the car fair of this week. Not recommended. Also prices not good enough to be apart from competition...
I did some repairs and 10 minutes later the car did not work again
