It definitely deserves 5 stars! The food was delicious. We had the menu with starters, sangria and a good meal. It was all delicious. The price is fair. Fado was amazing as well. We will definitely come again!

A sensational, thrilling experience - what a nice way to end the trip The evening menu was only 20eur with sangria, starter, meal and coffee, and the food was delicious. If you are looking for a place to dive into Portugal's rich family and singing tradition, you have found the right spot

Very bad place, it sounds nice but at the end its very expensive, plates are quite small but ok. The worse thing was definitely the day after, we both got sick while eating different food, also they tried to charge us extra things we didn't order. Skip this place, there are many other restaurants in Alfama with musicians etc that are much much better !!! And you won't need to go to the Pharmacy the next day ;)

Great cozy place with absolutely adorable owners! Prices are ok for this kind of restaurants (I mean places with nice interior and entertainment like fado in the tourist area). We had dinner for two for 22 Euro and we really enjoyed this Portuguese cuisine here!

Definitely worth a visit! Fado singing starts at 21.00 for about 15 minutes, then at 22.00 a new selection of fados and lastly at 23.00. It is a restaurant that is not so well known, but has this special atmosphere and very good fados. It is not so crowded as the famous restaurant we've been the previous evenings and one enjoys the evening much better. I definitely recommend it.

Try the octopus! (The first dish on the menu there). Fado is free (and absolutely a reason enough to come by! I had goosebumps the whole time), and the atmosphere is great, cup of housewine is huge. Cant be better (except for the possibility of tap water).

A precious gem in the beautiful Mouraria... Great food served while fado is performed live topped with great wines... A must go!!!

The music was amazing, the staff were extremely nice, and the food was pretty good. Highly recommend for an authentic Fado experience!
