Really an amazing store It was very nice to look at all those unique products. Staff were really friendly and they explained everything. All products have history behind it and they focus on sustainability. And they look amazing at the same time!

I went in there because they had this line of wooden sound products. Speakers, headsets, even a wooden record (vynil) player that works via Bluetooth. all made by the (Bob) Marley family!The speaker had an amazing sound quality. Talking about wood, they even have a wooden bicycle from my home country, Holland, for sale. And I'm in love with the backpacks they had there! Beautiful, waterproof and very smart made!
Super cool store with great service. They carry well made wood glasses/watches and other accessories as well as some leather goods. In the back is a great little cafe that serves drinks and coffee. The highlight of this store is really the staff - they are welcoming and very helpful. They were extremely patient with me as I checked out all their different Rezin and Herbkolz sunglasses over 2 separate visits before I finally made my choice. Definitely stop by if you're in Lisbon! You won't be disappointed
Bought two Secrid wallets and two wood iPhone cases. Love the products and the staff was delightful. A really fun store to browse.

Limited, high quality range of goods. Service is helpful and friendly. Provides VAT refund program for those taking their goods outside Europe. The little bar at the back is a great place to relax.
We purchased a SECRID wallet at Amazing Store in Lisbon. After bringing it back to the hotel we noticed the defect where the stitching was coming apart. We tried to return it the next morning and the store was closed for holiday. We came back the following day for an exchange and were told we were unable to return because of the serial number. We were also told that we needed to return it the same day based on the manufacturer mandate. Even though the store policy clearly states in the receipt that they will offer exchange within 15 days. The store representatives were as helpful as possible but Tiago the store owner absolutely refused to offer us an exchange for the defective merchandise, purchased within his store. Instead, Tiago offered us to leave the wallet and have him ship a new one at our own expense which is absolutely unacceptable. This is either unethically taking advantage of tourists from this store in Lisbon for financial gain or a fault in the customer service policy from the manufacturer. Either way the experience has been unbelievably disappointing and frustrating.
