Started off well, but felt like a scam by the end which ruined the experience for me. We were charged 56 euros for house wine in a jug, 2 plates of just cheese and bread and 2 small bottles of water. This is more than when we had a proper dinner at a restaurant. No idea how this could cost so much. Would rather just pay to see Fado than feel ripped off. We were pressured to buy CD also. Friendly but didn't feel genuine unfortunately...

This place was recommended to me by a friend who is from Lisbon. It was by far the most magical dining experience I had in Lisbon in the two weeks I was here. Small, intimate, family run establishment with only six tables. The music was amazing and often throughout the evening locals from the neighborhood would stop by for a beer and engage in performance. Laura and Jaime serve with care and attention. They made us feel like family. This place will be at the top of my list for every future trip to Lisbon as well as recommended to any of my friends/family who plan to visit. Don't miss this place. It surpassed all expectations.
Good fado in a locals neighbourhood with nice petiscos
Such a great a place to be.The traditional Fado just make us cry, because all the emotional atmosphere and a passion from the singers.
