Been a customer for years and had an absolutely lovely takeaway tonight! Great meal before kids starts school. Lots of petty reviewers who don’t understand that delivery is longer on weekends! It’s like this at all takeaways! Lots of fake petty reviews created by fake accounts too! If you’re not willing to pay and wait for delivery then go in and collect - surprising that those “customers” are complaining about the delivery wait but they live in a completely different town is outrageous. Li’s are even willing to deliver to outlying areas and not refusing service like other takeaways. The servers at Li’s are absolutely friendly and lovely and I hope none of the staff are affected nor hurt by lies these “customers” create . Seeing that the petty reviewers ONLY give petty reviews to many small businesses, must have a lot of time on their hands\u200d️. There was a minor mistake one time but they sorted it out efficiently but everyone makes mistakes and it happens, they’re people too. Would definitely recommend Li’s. Absolutely delicious! Thank you to all the lovely staff at Lis who fed my whole family and fed many of my friends during this pandemic. We all appreciate you and all us regulars have your back- WOULDNT GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!

The food was disgusting, the spring rolls are giant soggy pastries filled with purely bean sprouts. The crispy shredded beef has no sauce and is so unbelievably dry The special fried rice is submerged in some sort of liquid and is topped with huge chunks of soggy, unflavoured vegetables All the food is omitting a foul smell We tried to call up to ask for a refund but the man we spoke to was rude, unhelpful and refused to refund us due to nobody ever complaining before, which is obviously a lie as is evident from the reviews under this establishment. We hadn't even eaten half the food for the pure disgust in its appearance and smell. The food definitely isn't fresh. Complete lie that they swap food that hasn't been eaten yet as our food boxes are completely full!
Ordered last night and before ordering we were told delivery was an hour and a half which was longer than usual but suggesting that it’s a busy Saturday night and Li’s is extremely popular especially amongst friends, families and neighbors, we went in to collect the order as we were hungry! Collection was 30 minutes and went in and straight back out, got our food and was lovely. Don’t want to wait for delivery? Go and collect! Problem solved. Will be ordering on weekdays instead of weekends for delivery had an enjoyable family meal. Thank you xx
I have been a customer of this take away for a number of years and the food is very good normally but enough is enough. I’ve ordered twice this week and have had to wait over 1hour 20 min for my food. On Wednesday night the order was incorrect and poorly cooked and now I’m sat here waiting over 85 mins for a take away and I’ve paid 4 for delivery(both times and every time) plus the food, only to be told that it’s still at the take away and hasn’t even left yet. This is the last time I will order food for here and am absolutely Disgusted with the service I have received. I can see from other reviews I’m not alone and wish the business I worked for could afford to let customers down with no remorse and the excuse of “we are busy”.The good news is for you with customer service like that and wrong orders going out at least your premium charge for delivery will mean that what customers you have left will get those food like other take aways within 45 min to an hours max. My household even supported your business during lockdown. Lesson learnt. Will find another take away for my business at 30-40 a time approximately twice a week. Not what I want to be writing after a day at work!!!!
Fantastic every single time. Been getting Li’s for years and it’s the whole family’s favourite Chinese around by far. Always great food, lovely staff and never disappointed.
