I have occasionally shopped here in the past. Tried to order from here in making an effort to shop locally and support small businesses rather than buying from larger suppliers during the lockdown. Phoned the store after my email went unanswered for 48 hours, to be told that they hadn't replied because they had nothing to offer at my price point (I had enquired whether they had wine available at _approximately_ 7 a bottle if bought in cases of 6). I don't mind so much that they couldn't offer anything, more that I was just left hanging and so haven't ordered from anywhere else while they left my email unanswered. I'm sure they're very helpful if you have enough money to drink expensive wine, but if you're just trying to spend your money with a local business while sticking to a budget then it seems they're not for you.

I was very surprised at the range of wine, whisky and beer. I was hunting for some special treats for my husband and for a dinner party and was not disappointed. Jo was super friendly and helpful and knew exactly how to tick all the boxes. Will be visiting again some time!
