You exceeded my expectations ten fold!! I am so very thankful to have found you and that your staff were so polite and helpful during such a stressful time for me and that you were happy to accommodate my last minute order during what must have been such a hectic trading period for you!! I say that in all sincerity, as my normal 'go to florist' dismissed my request for an order for delivery by asking me 'don't you know what day it is tomorrow'?? My dearest friend was extremely touched and absolutely thrilled with her bouquet, saying 'it lifted her in ways that words never could...' and that it was 'the most beautiful bouquet that she'd ever received' and 'the freshest' to boot!! I have been a very happy customer here for years now, always over the moon with the very best roses (not to mention beautiful alternatives when i pop in randomly). My partner is always over the moon with the beautiful selection and stunning presentation. The ladies here always go out of the way to put something amazing together, even last minute and at busy times. So grateful today to have my partners beautiful arrangement delivered on a very cold Sunday morning! Even making the delivery twice when he missed the first!! My partner has got many bouquets from here before and they never disappointed. Valentines Day busiest day for any florist was no exception. When I had the flowers delivered (contact free for anyone worried or high risk) they were bright and undamaged unlike a few other places you might find. When I bought them in the scent flowed though out the whole house. I couldn’t fault anything and supporting local businesses is always a plus. You will certainly be seeing us again.
