Very polite and helpful manager happily agreed to measure my Son for a suit we will be hiring elsewhere due to personal circumstances. Extremely helpful, did not try to sell us anything and was not remotely interested in any sort of payment. I only gave 4 stars because we didn't actually rent anything from the store.

I visited to hire a suit for a black tie event. Good service, quality clothing items and competitive prices. Place is messy but i didn't mind at all; on the contrary it gives character. Will visit again.
Very old school and on the Sunday we called the staff were not particularly interested in us or very helpful. Not sure if they didn't consider us serious buyers but we went onto the Strand on bought a suit at the next shop we visited. Very old fashioned and didn't bother measuring up, asked us about size and only produced a tape measure to check collar size when we asked for a shirt to try on with a suit. Seemed to have a similar lackadaisical approach to a guy who called in for a hire suit. We won't be calling again.
Great service
Great shop and amazing prices given its central London location. A full tux Inc cufflinks for 75. The staff are well experienced, I had barely stepped into the shop and the guy had measured me up and was handing me things that fits perfectly. Would come back again for future events.
