I recently attended an appointment and I have to say I'm a little disappointed. The Doctor said they would examine me, which they did, but also said they would examine me laying down which they didn't. The reason for this is because the Doctor was more interested in talking to me about my weight problem rather than the issue I had actually made an appointment for. Now I'm 51years old and I know I've more than a few pounds to lose and prior to lockdown I had actually lost 2 and a half stones and yes admittedly many pounds have piled back on and I am now following my usual regime, now I can purchase healthier options from the Supermarket again. However, the said Doctor spent 3 times longer talking to me about various Diets I could try than the actual problem I went in for. If I wanted to discuss my weight issues I would have booked an appointment with a Dietician at RSCH. Please stick to the problem and not dismiss it because the patient has other problems. It's very off putting and actually quite rude. Update, Surgery dealt with this in a polite and professional manner and have apologised and explained that this was not supposed to be malicious in any way. I am happy with the outcome.

I had to have a blood test yesterday and just wanted to say what a good job the nurse (Sharron) did, great treatment.

Just got off the phone after speaking to a very rude receptionist at the Petersfield call centre. I am still shaking. Although the doctors and staff at the Liphook Village Surgery always have been nice and professional, I am now contemplating changing GP, since it is the second time I have had that kind of treatment when I call.

I'm a patient here and its ok but could be better. When you call you may get a rude receptionist or a calm and helpful one. They don't have many full time doctors here since 2 of the main doctors left, this place is partnered with swan medical group in petersfield so they get doctors and nurses from there to work both surgerys. I've had a lot of health issues that are not helped or get dismissed which is upsetting. If you are new to liphook maybe be cautious on joining this place but not everyone's experience is the same.

I feel very well supported by my GP and have been treated with kindness and respect by him and by all staff.

After an upsetting appointment with a consultant at Portsmouth hospital last week, Where I was left feeling hopeless and tearful, I returned to my G.P. to feedback and seek her advice. Yet again she gave me her full attention and support without any adverse comments about a fellow professional who I considered anything but. Eveytime I have had the need to contact Liphook Village Surgery I have always Received full cooperation, efficiency and treated with respect. The best practice I have ever been registered with.
