Superb service, dropped off a dilapidated bike at 1pm, had it fixed and looking good before the end of the day. Great value. Would recommend.
no easy way to say this. Hoarder. Cannot shift any bikes as quick as orders them resulted in damaged frames including carbon fiber mine was almost written off upon inspection of now closed velocity bikes. No order in shop to really pay attention to what you're looking at. Either expand to bigger shop or stock less you don't need every make in the world in a tiny town of Liphook. Doesn't refund deposits even after noticing damage just told me that's why its reduced. What about risk of frame failure because you don't respect the materials you sell by storing bikes on top of bikes crushing frames and bikes are so crowded inside and outside this shop its impossible to even view other bikes behind his bikes. Nothing is treasured besides maybe the pinarello hanging from ceiling so it's sad to see them being buried alive in bikes and boxes even the workshop is just full of tires and boxes and could cause a serious accident I feel sorry for guy but wouldn't shop again Doesn't use grip gel on carbon fiber seatpost but often alternatives that don't cut it.
Fixed my puncture as I wasn't carrying my repair kit (schoolboy error) Friendly knowledgeable staff and reasonable price.
