Had to argue with the staff in the laboratory department as he considered my aunt as overfasting. Not knowing that we waited at the OPD waiting area before 6am because her appointment was 7am. No one advised us where to go as staffs coming out also don't have any information everytime we asked them. We were accomodated 7:45am and was told to undergo screening at the back of the main building. We ended up rescheduling her laboratory for the next day. I was in a hurry when we get the lab result. When we arrived home, they gave us a wrong piece of paper. It's for a different name. We have to go back and get the right one. What a stressful experience! I hope something can be done to improve their service considering that it's a public facility. But still kudos to Dra. Redonda, thank you so much!
