Novo is a useful, convenient store with all-around Chinese based affordable items. There are two floors. In the 1st floor, you can buy any dishes and other kitchenware. They also have a hand and electrical tools, as well as home accessories, such an electrical extension cable, and similar. There is also some school supply and usual Chinese cosmetics. In the 2nd floor, there are some everyday clothes, as well as shoes, particularly slippers. There around you will find plastic ware what you usually need at home. In the front is a spacious place with simple furniture like chairs, tables, beds, etc. You have to prepare cash since they don't accept card payments. It is also difficult to park in front of the store. However, it is no problem to pick-up some more substantial items with a car. It's good to keep in mind if you are already late to buy something important. This store is open at least 1 hour longer than other similar stores in the surrounding.

I bought a pack of handkerchiefs, i did not count since it was inside a plastic, the cashier counted it and charged me for 16 pieces times 25 pesos. I went home to Manila and upon checking the handkerchiefs it was only 11 pieces. Sad because i did not check, disappointed because the cashier does not how to count. Calling to all Managers of Novo, kindly help your subordinates.
