Staff are unattentive to customer needs and are not willing to put in any sort of effort to meet customer needs. Customer service is terrible. They are not understaffed but the staff is too busy mingling and gossiping. I was maid to wait in the aisle only after 15 minutes of waiting only to find the staff went back to mingling. Unacceptable
The crew are not friendly specially the managers. Products are faulty and it’s hard to return in case you’re not happy for their product. &@;& this store
