This used to have brilliant shopping. Lots of cafes with outdoor tables now and an interesting artistic display in an empty shop. It's still got a lovely atmosphere and a few great shops.

This place is so special it's like something from history. Nice selection of shops including a Starbucks, and Waitrose. Cobbled car free street has a even more shops shops including Laura Ashley, Colony Interiors, Orvis, Joules and Whistles, Andre Noir and Goldsmiths and Waterstones bookshop, Neal’s Yard Remedies, independent cafes and restaurants, also, Cote restaurant, Coracoli’s, the Lion and Lamb Café and Candy Twist.

Lovely collection of little shops. It's a shame laura Ashley has departed, hopefully another shop will fill it's place soon. It is always clean and tidy, and looks amazingly Christmasy
We just had a walk round but the shops look lovely and the place itself fits in with the surroundings!
