I'll start by saying the staff were great, one woman in particular was very attentive to my daughter and really made us feel at ease despite my daughter being a monster and breaking things! The food was nice, but nothing special. I had the lamb shank in red wine with peas and chips. Whilst the lamb was cooked well, the gravy just tasted like bisto with red wine, it definitely wasn't made from scratch. The menu was very limited too. The honeycomb cheesecake for afters was very nice though.

Wonderful Country pub, with great food. Staff are extremely nice and attentive. Good range of beers. Highly recommend.
Cheap and cheerful pub. Good food, food beer, great staff. Will definitely return when we are next near Penzance

Stayed here as a Motorhome Britstop user. Very helpful in offering the facilities. Had quite a wait for my meal but when it came it looked very impressive. They have Korev on draught & it was all good value. The pub & the toilets were very clean & well maintained.
