I'm a complete novice when it comes to audio, so didn't know what to expect when walking in. Nick greeted me and couldn't of been more helpful. Answered every question I had and gave great advice for my setup. Nothing was a bother and was given chance to listen to different speakers, even going to the effort of setting up a turn table to listen to some music on.... After a bit of dancing to fleetwood mac he helped me load everything into the car. Great service and can definitely recommended. Cheers Nick

to avoid absolutely. The seller sells you used equipment for new. Very high-end equipment which breaks down and for which the seller refuses to cover the shipping costs despite his general conditions of sale. rude and disrespectful, I strongly advise against it, I lost 3000

The owner of the shop is very rude and arrogant. After when I decided to give back the damaged item, he refused to give me a money back. During the phone call he dropped the call with anger. It was very unpleasant experience, especially that I have been dedicated customers from many years. However the rest of the workers are very nice and helpful. I feel sorry for them that they have to work for such a obnoxious, greedy employer. Tom.
