Yesterday BM Linlithgow I had another great experience but then I always do. I find the staff to be exceptional in their customer centric approach. In this instance the girl even went to check whether a mattress cover which wasn't on display was available in the stockroom. The fact that it wasn't didn't really matter the fact that the effort was made spoke volumes. I'd highly recommend this store
