I queued for my granddaughters heart meds yesterday that has to be ordered in was ordered a week ago!!!! , and it was not there!!! Because nobody at alderstons collected from the doctors This chemist has gone terrible over the last few months blaming things on covid when it clearly is not I know several people including my self that have been left queueing for there prescribed meds from the doctors only to be told when we get in to the shop to be told there not there, prescriptions are laying at doctors surgery’s uncollected from alderstons it’s disgraceful I shall be changing chemists now as this one is unreliable you can not treat patients like this, and it’s common decency to apologise when things go wrong!!!!! Isn’t it. I also witnessed people in the queue who also didn’t get there meds because it wasn’t there this place is becoming a shambles!!!!

Staff always friendly and helpful
Left standing with product in hand for 10 mins. Not even basic customer service skills. Communicate with customers at least let them know you have seen them.
The chemist will not be the same without Sandra, I will miss her very much and I'm sure I'm not alone. Bye Sandra thank you for everything Love Krysha xxx
The staff here are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Really excellent.
