Beware of this place. DO NOT BUY A USED CAR. If you do make sure you look at the paperwork. They move numbers around to make it look like your getting car at the price you negotiated but your not. I was wondering why they would not let me see any paper work until I arrived at dealership. Once I arrived they wanted to get me in and out as fast as possible. Also beware of all added fees such a aPro-Pack Fee for 2800.00. Which they said was a fee for processing vehicle. “REALLY!!!! After this experience we went to a Chevy dealer in the western suburbs and the only fee we where charged was a document fee for 375.00 plus normal taxes. They offered additional items but did not try to sneak them into the paperwork to see if we would not notice. They also emailed us all the paperwork so we can take our time and reviewed. After all when making a 35,000.00 purchase you want to make sure the dealership is being transparent with you. That is what customer service is all about!!!!

What can I say..... Ziegler Cadillac has never failed me they have always repaired my truck properly always kept in touch with updates. David was a amazing service writer he kept in touch with all updates and provided me with a best loaner car. Definitely recommend everyone to take your cars and trucks there for all types of repairs
