The prices of accessories are always really good here. Because of this I always go here for anything I need. The caravan sales team not so good. Last year They offered me over 8% APR on a new caravan when all window stickers stated 5.5% this was during a chat so no credit eligibility questions had yet been performed and refused to budge on the APR. They claimed that the 5.5% was an error yet every new caravan had this in the window. Perhaps they just didn't want the sale..so I ended up buying a caravan from somewhere else.

*** CARAVAN USED 3 TIMES, BUT EXTREME FIRE HAZARD *** Absolute shambles !!! Reported this immediately to Torksey Caravans when we went to use the caravan for only the 3rd time (Baring in mind we purchased this caravan brand new earlier this year) My family has purchased numerous new caravans from this company over the years and have never had any sort of issue... But this time around, It's been a total nightmare... No way am I willing to risk myself or my family's lives by using this caravan anymore !!! I have reported the issue to 'Torksey Caravans' immediately and have requested a full refund, However they want me to fetch the caravan over 280 miles round trip to have warranty work done... After me already stressing the fact that myself or my wife DO NOT & WILL NOT Accept the caravan being repaired as we would not be willing to risk our lives in any attempts to repair / replace any faults. Bearing in mind that we bought this caravan *BRAND NEW / UN-USED* I have put my intensions to Torksey Caravans in writing and have requested a full refund and collection of the caravan, I have also stated I do NOT wish to be contacted by telephone just to be fobbed off, As my legal advisor has advised I need there response in writing... What have they tried doing several times, insisting to call me to discuss the matter Torksey Caravans, also stated that they don't offer a collection service, Which due to the circumstances I feel that it is down to them to resolve this matter swiftly... As after all it is only there reputation which they are choosing to tarnish. Come the new year when I am hopefully fit and well I will be seeking justice and a full refund Going by other reviews left, It seems there servicing department isn't up to scratch anyway.
