Really helpful staff which made buying a approved used Smart easy. The buying experience was straight forward and there was no pressure from sales staff. The only slight disappointment is after owing the car for a few days we found the air conditioning and second key not to be working. I feel the car was released without been fully checked over. Hopefully it will be repaired under warranty.
Took our Smart car in for a service. Friendly welcome on reception. We were treated well, kept informed and advised of all the steps along the way. Courtesy car was good, again, all aspects explained to us clearly. We bought our Smart car from the same place and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them
