All the staff are 50/50, some are good and some are just rude, mean, and sometimes mistreat patients and when you call for a nurse, it takes them seems like forever to attend to you and some other nurses are right there when you need them. We have a loved one on the 5th floor and when we need assistance or something we get nurse's who have just a bad attitude and our father was slump down on his bed and none of the nurse's bothered to notice and left him like that till we told them then they seemed to care after we told them. For a hospital that puts out that they have the best nursing care out there, experiencing the other side of it is completely false, nurse's are bad mannered, have an attitude like they dont wanna be there and they mistreat patients, dont get me wrong its not all of them just a few are really good and well mannered.

I had a nurse tell me that I passed out because of wearing a face mask due to COVID 19. I was hooked up to an oxygen monitor at the time and my levels were normal, very weird and concerning coming from a nurse, will go to Bryan from now on.
Pleasant experience.
Had ultrasounds for thyroid everyone was nice and thoughful
