Brilliant service- knowledgable and friendly staff who answered all our questions. Gorgeous baby Palmetto snake and set up- animal welfare is excellent! Highly recommend.

I have been a recent customer of Lincoln Reptile and Pet Centre, and without going into to much detail things didn't go as planned, BUT they sorted out the problem & gave me a full refund & were very apologetic. With all businesses things will go wrong sometimes but the sign of a good business that cares about its customers is how they deal with it, & they dealt with it kindly & efficiently.

This place is wonderful! It's the best pet shop I've been to so far, the help was wonderful, the enclosures were very clean and the rats that I saw all looked really healthy. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy animals.
