We understand we have abnormally long wait times via email, every inquiry will receive a response and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this time. \nWhat we are doing:
\nWe are processing orders as usual and we apologise in advance for the delays you will experience, deliveries may now take up to 20 working days. \nOnce your order is ready for dispatch, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or SMS, using the contact details you supplied. Most deliveries are made up from multiple boxes; before getting in touch regarding a missing box on your delivery, we kindly ask you wait three working days as boxes may have been separated at courier sorting centres due to the current high volumes they are receiving. \n

It’s hard to beat Plum Play for quality products, customer service and value for money. I’ve bought a number of sturdy pieces for my grandchildren, and they’ve all been designed to last through several stages of growth and ability. They’re easy to assemble and adapt, and the materials used are robust, durable and environmentally friendly. With built-in safety features and a rigorous testing regime, children can play happily and creatively and explore the world around them, while their parents and grandparents enjoy peace of mind.

Where do I start!! Ordered a swing for my daughter, waited weeks for it to arrive, that in itself was no issue as times are different now. When it arrived it was damaged, scuffed and dented (see pics), I couldn't get through to anyone at Plum and had no response via email ( I still haven't had to this day, 3 emails later!) , didn't want to wait so begrudgingly put the swing together for my daughter to use, only to then find I had parts missing. The swing was delivered Mid June, I have still had no response, so have no choice but to name and shame publicly! Given Plum plenty of time to respond but still NOTHING!! Common decency and a response would be nice!!

I purchased the Plum 2 in 1 swing. I received it the next day which was brilliant. Unfortunately after 3 attempts to assemble the swing we realised we had the wrong part. I emailed the company and received an email back quickly from Charlene. She dealt with the error and organsied a replacement. That happened on the Monday morning but we are still waiting for the part to arrive 3 days later. I was happy with the response and assumed the replacment part would come as quick as the swing did but unfortunately not. Kirsty Gardiner

I definitely would not recommend this company. My experience is consistent with the other poor reviews in that I received the product with missing parts and all I've had back is a single emailed response which hasn't solved the problem. It's not possible to contact them by phone and since all of my other emails have gone unanswered I've had no choice but to raise a dispute with my credit card provider. @Plum - if you read this could you contact me ASAP! *** UPDATE *** I finally received the product a couple of months after placing the original order. As mentioned their customer service is abject but we are quite pleased with the product, the only negative being the bolts that fix the seat to the frame which kept working loose but this was relatively straight forward to fix

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Dreadful customer service. Bought and paid for a climbing frame for my daughters birthday. Waited 20 working days for delivery, received an email to say it was about to be dispatched. 4 days later receive an email to say that they haven't actually got any in stock and do not know when they are coming back in. As a result, one very upset daughter and no opportunity to try and replace present. Should have been honest on the first place and said there was no stock, very very poor.
