Tattershall Castle is one of a kind and a totally beautiful place to visit for a little day trip. This 15th Century castle is one of the best castles in England if you want to see a redbrick example of a castle. Oh, and don’t forget to take your walking shoes and enjoy the spectacular grounds that surround the castle. It’s a gorgeous area.

Great place to visit. Very well preserved. Free parking. As an option there are tablets for guided tours. If you have small children's there are some medieval games for them to play so excellent! No cafe

Nice and well-preserved castle, with stunning panoramic views in all directions from the roof level. The interiors are bare, although there are many informative panels. Standard entry for adults is 7.70.

Very interesting history and beautiful tower. Lots of steps!! Good place for picnics. Only a limited amount of snack food in the shop along with a coffee machine and cold drinks. Tower is surrounded by 2 moats, with small children this is something to be wary off as they are not fenced. Definitely worth a visit!

The castle has great views and impressive building. The inside is basic. The could be much more to guide you through the history. Two floors have nothing. Nice little gift shop
