Buying a car without sitting in, or driving, it; who would be crazy enough to do that? Well. We were! The whole process was well thought out and professionally delivered by Chris Edwards. From our first contact via 'chat' on Listers' website to the covid safe pick up, Chris steered us through the system expertly. He produced a very informative video tour of the car which clinched it for us. Nothing was too much trouble. If he couldn't answer a question he would find out and get back to us, quickly - no 'waffle' - very refreshing. If you have a car to part exchange - don't worry. That too was easy with Chris' help. The whole process was faultless. Obviously someone has spent time looking at ' how can we make this a good experience for the customer? ' Well done Listers Lincoln! And many thanks to Chris. He's a great asset to the company. By the way; even though we didn't sit in the car - we love it! Chris said we would!

I have been thinking about getting a used car for a while, and was very uncertain about purchase a car while unable to see or test drive it!! Juan and Matt was recommended to me by a friend and now I see why! Juan was very helpful and knowledgeable on a range of different cars and explained the click and collect process so well it put my mind at complete ease. After a few conversations and professional videos sent to me that Juan filmed himself, in the end I decided on the Audi RS 3! When it came to the finance side of things Matt Dunderdale made it so easy and answered all the questions I had! He made it so easy with the finance side of things and setting up my GAP insurance, I felt like I was in good hands and felt so comfortable in purchasing the car. Finally, when I came to pick it up I was blown away on how clean it was! The car is 4 years old, however, the Valet team at Lincoln made it look like it just came from the factory. I would recommend to all my friends and family and will be coming back. Big thank you you all! Keep safe!

Great service from the team at Toyota where its a pleasure to attend. Always welcomed with a coffee from the reception staff. My salesman Chris Edwards dealt with my never-ending questions and emails promptly and kept me up to date all along the journey of purchasing my new car. nothing was too much trouble. Picked up my vehicle with Juan stepping in to complete the handover. Also a mention to Gary and Matt in the finance team for their great customer service.
