Absolutely appalling customer service. Placed an order for 100's, rang to double check they had all the required stock, was told yes. Rang again a few days before delivery due to be sure again that they still had stock and it was definitely coming, yes we was told. Took down all old fencing due to delivery confirmation. 2 days before delivery Tom sent an email saying we wouldn't be getting our delivery. I rang Tom for an explanation as my money had been sat in their bank 3 weeks. He has the rudest telephone manner, no respect for his customers and an attitude that quite frankly stinks!! I have never as a customer been spoken to in such an appalling manner. So Listers, if your happy and can afford to treat customers/lose customers who want to spend 100's with you this way then Tom is your man!! I for one will most certainly never bring my business to you again!!!

Great quality products, driver was exceptional helping to unload all the stuff to my yard. Delivery date was spot on. Just awaiting to get back to normal to return some excess that do not required and order more stuff. Read some reviews and dont understand them...I emailed and called them and all my questions answered with professionalism. This will be my place to go from now on!

The customer service is absolutely appalling. The guy on the phone is so rude! It’s unbelievable! The “ click and collect” is a joke. You have to order over the phone to pay. Due to the supposed “virus” but they quite happily give you a receipt which has not been sanitised? Materials aren’t sanitised either. So... why the click and collect? It’s ok to have 5/6 vans outside the front of the yard but you can’t enter. It’s no different to going in to parking outside? We have been using listers for over a year now. The last time we went- they didn’t even give us the trade discount they normally do. The quality of their fence panels is below standard. Their gates aren’t worth the money at all. You can’t even hang a gate off their posts as they flex so much.

purchased 6 fence panels due to loosing a fence during the recent storms. Excellent price, 50% cheaper than B&Q and better made. Great delivery and the driver was extremely helpful putting all panels into the garage for me as i currently have a dodgy hand. Highly recommend this company.

As with many of the previous reviews, the products and prices are good but the man on the phone is the rudest man and really shouldn't be working with customers. He's abrupt and just hangs up without a goodbye or anything. For this reason I wont be using them again. I'd rather pay a little more for some service
