A must go place with any phone enquiries, great fast services and affordable prices. I need my phone fixing for a headphone jack stuck in my phone other places were giving me price enquiries double what pc solutions offered me. Will definitely go back there

Really disappointing experience. Took my pixel 3 to have a cracked screen replaced and while I can't fault the price they quoted or the speed of service, these guys ruined my phone. First visit - the screen they first fitted was faulty when they tested it (I realise this wasn't their fault) so they handed my phone back to me with the original screen, no back cover and masking tape all over the important looking bits on the back of the phone. I was told to to put my case on it and it'd be alright until the replacement screen arrived. Second visit- took the phone back in the morning, picked it up at lunchtime to be told they couldn't get the original white back on so they've put a black one on instead (seriously?), and the new screen is on (not straight but I felt like we were making progress). Five minutes later, I tried to make a phonecall only to find the to speaker isn't working Third visit - back again to get the speaker issue sorted and took the opportunity to ask for a white back on the phone and for them to look into the weird fault with a flashing display that had started after they last had my phone. They fixed the speaker (woop dee doo), the white back hadn't arrived yet and I was advised to do a factory reset to deal with the flashing display. The factory reset didn't work by which point I'd lost all confidence in this chap's competence. I'm now left with a phone with a poorly fitted screen, wrong colour back and a display that's unusable. I got a refund but that's of little comfort when I'm faced with having to purchase a new phone thanks to their neglect. I wouldn't say they were rude but they've been largely unapologetic throughout. The parking's good though.

Excellent service from these guys , I had so many recommendations from friends to try these guys , I was not disappointed they made my teenager daughter very happy as she thought the phone was a write off and they had her phone up and running in 20 mins , the girl at the front was extremely helpful and friendly. I can see why my friends recommended this place and we will also be recommending.
