As a former employee i find Lace Housing the most uplifting environment for the elderly the care and after care they get is outstanding and all the residents are treated with the utmost professionalism and respect Lace Housing deserve more recognition than they get. I was a proud member of staff and was treated well and I always felt part of family rather than a team.
