It was really nice, and the food was great. The ambiance was also pleasant. However, the service was minimal. They are very covid safe and have lots of visible protocol, which was comforting. I plan on going again as it was so good!
I really enjoyed the desert and the whole experience. You have to go up and order but for me it took around 10 minutes for the waffle and sundae to come out which were amazing! The price of both came to around 13 but it is definitely worth it, if only for a treat.
Absolutely disgusted with the level of service. Two deliveries incorrect in quick succession. Orders amounting to the region of 40. One order looked like it had been put in the boot of a car and driven around Cadwell Park. The other order was missing three deserts and an incorrect single desert came, alongside two milkshakes.... Evidently the most expensive shakes in Lincoln as it would seem. I collared the driver who just advised to call the shop, rather than assisting us in doing this on our behalf. I called the shop twice, ten minutes apart and it rang so long that the call cancelled both times. I left a message of complaint with Deliveroo and I am currently awaiting their response. The next move will be multiple social media platforms, food outlet blogs in Lincoln and a nice little post in the Lincolnite to boot. Absolutely shocking service. Will never use again and would always give negative reviews to future family and friends who ask if I've used them. Absolute joke of a business. The sooner they go under, the better. Make way for a reputable chain that knows how to deliver customer service above all else. Massive thumbs down.
Service was great the food was excellent and generally the place was clean and tidy until you need the toilet there are 3 unisex cubicles and all 3 were minging with water/urine on the floor and the seats now the underneath of the seats were worse with all manner of dirt on them. Now the cutlery didn't look to great either and neither was the plates with brown spots on and the underneath of them was filthy Would I recommend this place yes the food was great as we're the staff they just need to sort out the other bits and I wish I could add photos
