From the original quotation visit, thru survey to installation, all personnel involved were efficient, polite & prompt. We couldn't be more pleased with the service we have received. The head office responded well & communicated promptly. First Class service all round. Great Door! Its just a shame that in this modern age, they DO NOT take Credit Cards, and do not make it clear until the bill is presented.

My parents had a conservatory fitted several years ago with this company. The builders were in a rush to finish as they were all going on a Stag do in Prague. The conservatory looked good but has never been water tight. They have been called many times and sent people out with gunge guns and that's it! My parents are having to have the whole roof redone and are considering knocking the whole thing down and rebuilding as the walls are wet too. Not sure if this is due to cavity breach or the way the water from the roof drains through the window frames - normal apparently!!! The builders also damaged existing roofing on the bungalow and did not properly attach the conservatory to the main bungalow as rain just poured through the gap. That whole join along the length is filled with loads of gunge. What you pay out 10k for a large extension / conservatory you expect it to last. It is a huge investment and has been a nightmare from the beginning. I am so cross that this company have shamelessly ripped my parents off.
We really appreciated the care and respect the whole team at Oliver's showed us in creating our new conservatory. This room-in-the-garden is a key part of what we are doing to develop our gardens and their relationship with the main house. The beautiful job Oliver's have done has enabled us to see more clearly what we will do - our motivation and enthusiasm for this wider project has been energised! From the start we were attracted by their website and then impressed by their showroom (which must be one of the best of its kind) - the large range of displayed conservatories, furniture and accessories really helped us to understand what we could achieve. The whole process of design, approvals and build went very smoothly; Oliver's excellent customer service and communications playing a very important role in keeping us informed and helping us with those inevitable queries we had. The build teams were working at a time when Covid-19 restrictions required extra safety and health considerations. Everyone in their teams well understood what they needed to do to keep us (and themselves) safe and they were extremely consistent in observing the Covid-19 safety measures. We felt very safe when Oliver's were working at our home. Oliver's build teams displayed a great work ethic - they got the job done very professionally, showing meticulous workmanship and a great deal of pride in what they were creating. When they said they would do something, it got done, properly. So, a great experience for us in which Oliver's have enabled us to realise our plans for our home. Thank you Oliver's!
Professional through out from start to finish of replacement conservatory roof was informed when different tradesmen were to be involved and always turned up minimal mess and all taken away quickly. Well done Shane and team.
Every member of the team, from the initial quote visit and through out the build were professional, friendly and hard working. They listened to what we wanted and have built a quality garden room that really is the room of our dreams. Excellent, first class service, well organised company .
