We have been using iSalon at SESH Hairdressing for years now. We recently introduced iBookings and it has changed our diary completely. Clients have the freedom to book with us from anywhere at anytime. The support team are always really helpful when we need them. 5/5 would definitely recommend.

I have used i-salon for just over two years. I find the system easy to navigate and the if every I do have a problem the support team always help me out, with special mention to Chris who is proving invaluable during this very difficult lock down period. The set up was smooth as James was always on hand and very helpful.

Incredibly disappointed with I-salon, it initially seemed so good when I signed up a few years ago. Now it turns out I'm locked in for another 2 years so can't even leave. It's a very expensive system and doesn't do quite a few things that we want it to do, which is just basic stuff. The support department is really impossible to get through to, be prepared to spend hours trying to get through on the phone. I haven't been able to get remote access for weeks and can't seem to get any help. Last year they didn't bill me for 3 months worth of text messages (usually an extra cost on top of the normal fees), this was through no fault of ours. A year later and on the ACTUAL DAY we reopened after being closed for 6 months due to COVID, we get a call demanding a payment of 600. You can imagine how stressful this was. This was due to an error on their part. I told them where to go. If i did a clients nails and then a year later realised I'd forgotten to ask for payment, do you think I would chase her for it. NO!!! In these dificult times, I cannot find extra payments out of thin air, when they should have collected it monthly a year ago. Anyway, if you're looking for a booking system for your salon, AVOID this one. There are many more, far cheaper, that do exactly the same job.
