WOW! The food here is amazing!! The staff are beyond the best service I have ever experienced here in Lincoln. I recommend coming here and give it a try because you will love it. The atmosphere is nice and pleasant and very clean. The bathroom is also clean unlike the other places on high st. We will definitely come back here again, it's our new and only favorite spot in Lincoln. A special thank you to James for his outstanding customer service and all the workers here. It's hard to get spectacular service and I'm glad we found it here at this restaurant.

Amazing customer service! AND amazing food! For some reason our order kept getting dropped by Uber-eats drivers, so someone from Caffe Portico called us. They explained they had re-made our food twice so we would get it hot and confirmed Uber-eats failed to deliver them. The person on the phone was so friendly and apologetic. He even make us an extra free pizza. As always they were delicious!!!!
Food - excellent as is the location and restaurant. Very safe to visit; a member of staff uses a contactless thermometer prior to entry and track and trace processes are up front before entry. Broad menu and did I mention the food . One of my favourite places to eat or drink coffee or both. Can't recommend highly enough.
Brilliant place for breakfast. Hard to find but cool coz can’t compromise with quality & taste. Superb atmosphere, nicely managed space, love the main painting at their wall. Just eye catching. Delicious food. Even ordered many things but hard to manage on small table . Enjoy every bite of it. Worth to visit it. At the end u say, getting what ur paying for. Thanks guys on counter & who served us. So nice n helpful staff. Thanks for making the start of my day great.
Lovely meal. The wild boar ravioli and penne with arrabiata sauce were very tasty and hot. Staff were friendly and accomodating. Would eat here again if in the area.
