Fantastic, fantastic. One of the best pollos a la brasas I’ve had in Lima, better than Don Bellisario and Pardo’s in my opinion. Chicken was hot, juicy, and flavourful. The staff was very professional and accommodating; our group happened to all prefer pierna to pecho and he thus brought us a “whole” chicken with 4 piernas. Hierba buena limonada was very refreshing, and the picahelado desert was interesting and innovative (though wouldn’t recommend mentachip or chocochip flavours with the picaron). Wonderful alternative if you don’t want to wait in the 1.5 hour queue at Siete Sopas across the street. Not to mention the architecture inside is absolutely beautiful!!!!

Better than you're average "pollo a la brasa" because if the amount of wood (leña) used in the rotisserie. Delicious food and very, very clean.
Roasted chicken and beef are served in this place. The building is a house from the colony, nice arquitecture.
