Use this Garage at your own risk! They are purely in it for the money! I made the mistake of having my Nissan Almera 1.5 petrol from 2005 transported to the garage in February 2020 thinking that as a main dealer they would be able to quickly and easily diagnose why it would not start. I went to great lengths to explain the problem at reception (followed up by a detailed email) and what procedures I had already performed in an effort to diagnose the problem. There was as I explained no spark from any of the plugs. Petrol was getting through, all fuses checked, Camshaft and Cam belt sensors and spark plugs all replaced. It took 2 weeks before they finally ran their diagnostics. I was told the ECU had failed and that it could not be replaced and was sent a bill for 405 Euros!! I queried this and was told the mechanic had spent 4.5 hours on the car! I complained and was told my M Canard-Debard the Manager that if i did not pay the bill and remove the car he would charge me 20 Euros a day storage backdated to when the car arrived! ! I located a company in the UK who said they would be able to recondition the ECU so I asked M Canard whether he would allow me to remove the ECU and get it reconditioned. He refused point blank! Then the UK was locked down due to Covid19 so i could not come and remove the Car. I asked Canard would he scrap the car if I paid the bill, he said his garage did not perform this function, I must pay the bill and remove the car, however I could not due to Covid19! The threatening emails kept coming from M Canard who seemed to have plenty of time to spend chasing my payment. Eventually i had to pay the bill and pay another garage to remove the car. My advice is to never ever walk onto their premises!

Shame on Nissan Limoges and shame on its manager Cyril Canard-Debar. The electrics burnt out on our much-loved Micra three times this past year. Each time in goes back to Nissan Limoges were are charged over 900 for the same work and the same replacement parts. They refuse to find out why the electrics burn out so regularly. They prefer to simply replace the burnt out parts and charge us each time. And then there is the considerable damage done to our car each time she goes in to have the burnt out electrics replaced. First time, they damaged the headlights so the car would not pass its control technique. They forced panels off the car, snapping them clean off rather than use a screwdriver and could not even be bothered to put them back on, so they rattle terribly. They they smashed open the sealed unit fuse box and stuck it back together with tape. This latest visit to Nissan Limoges resulted in the entire front of our Micra being smashed in and the rear panel left hanging off. They also knocked a giant chip out of the paint on the bonnet and we have a new and rather nasty scratch running the entire right-hand side of the car. Obviously, no one apologized for this. It now looks like we have had a serious accident and that we got a complete muppet to do a bodge job with mis-matching paint and an orange-peel finish. Sadly, the manager Cyril Canard-Debar refused to come and talk to us and hid in his office. He did, however, send a junior work-experience boy from the workshop but all he wanted to do was shrug his shoulders and look at the floor. It seems that there is no point in complaining because Nissan Limoges and Nissan in France generally don’t really care. We were promised that somebody would investigator but that just seems like an easy way to fob us off. Nissan France should be ashamed of itself.
