Neat hotel in a great location close to restaurants, shopping parks and the beach. I use it every time. Service is outstanding.
The staff is wonderful. We had a very good experience. We were blessed by the way Alondra and Macarena served us.
Great personable place to stay
Expectations exceeded! As a DoubleTree/Hilton brand hotel, a certain level of quality and service is expected, and this location not only delivered, but went above and beyond. They provided transportation from the airport (for a small fee) and allowed us to charge it to our room, avoiding the trip to the ATM. They also upgraded us to a suite at no additional charge (I believe they were nearing capacity), and everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. It's located in a higher scale area (Mira Flores) with some excellent restaurants within walking distance, such as Panchita.
Very comfortable and quiet rooms. Excelent localization with dozens of good restaurants in a walking distance. Near to Parque del Amor and its wonderful sightseen to the Pacific coast.
Staff is all very friendly, helpful and responsive. A full service, independent and large fitness center with classes and two floors of equipment is free for hotel guests. The breakfast buffet is bountiful featuring The usual fare plus some fruits found only in Peru - yum. Silvana, one of the concierges is a standout. Perfect English and arranges everything effectively. (She really knows how to make things happen) Location is ideal near JFK Park with numerous shops and restaurants. In the immediate area, a highly rated local chef's restaurant, Panchita - with nicely prepared Peruvian fare in a comfortable atmosphere; and Matsuei, a superb high-end Japanese restaurant and sushi bar.
Breakfast is buffet, although the room is spacious, the amount of food does not depend on the passengers, but the change is slow and insistent. Similarly, lunch and dinner are buffet, but there is an important detail, they do not serve any type of wine.
