Lily's Restaurant is good value for money. It serves a great breakfast with quality produce and a quirky hash brown.. check it out. Good selection on the menu, all cooked to order. If you like cake they make their own and if you ask Monica the extremely freindly waitress nicely she will make what ever you would like! The latte they serve is the hottest I have ever had and is still hot after finishing my meal.. this is a good thing! I would highly recommend a trip there.

Great cooking, wonderful service In the heart of Paignton Lily's is a wonderful restaurant serving morning coffee, great hot meals and the all important Devonshire cream tea. The restaurant has a full menu however the best option is the daily specials menu, offering two or three freshly cooked courses for a set price. The cooking is excellent, from scratch dishes that also include lots of fresh vegetables. The service is wonderful. Cheerful, helpful staff who make your meal seamless and enjoyable. Lily's is the kind of restaurant that keeps quiet about what it does and focuses on serving great food rather than making bold claims and noise. I cannot recommend Lily's enough.

Absolutely cute place found by chance. Great quality true tea room. Staff very friendly and recommended a gorgeous restaurant for the evening which was the nicest food we have ever eaten.

My husband and I went for lunch after reading the excellent reviews. We were very pleased with the service we got with a smile, very friendly staff. The place was nicely decorated, clean and very homely. The food was delicious, homemade and very generous portions.we will definitely go again. ️️

Went for our groups Christmas Dinner couldn't fault a thing table was set up perfectly staff where perfect in every way thay even took the pictures for us so we could all be in them the warm and welcoming atmosphere really did make it more like Christmas. Definitely recommend and price is good as well.
