It's ok lovely food just not open for the times it says on the website and food takes way to long

Food is lovely but every time I’ve ordered they’ve got something wrong, told extras would be given for inconvenience and never is. The staff need looked at who work there as they all seem to have every ridiculous excuse when you ring up.
