That was quick! As a drive through should be. I'm curious why they use papers to jot down orders. There was a time when some stores started using app based order ahead systems. This seems like a step backwards especially these times when we're looking minimize contact.

One of our go to Jollibee branch staffs are friendly, takes orders fast and has a positive store ambiance. Keep it up. Only down side is the long queue in DT but manageable enough as again, their service is fast

Jollibee is all time favourite awesome location very convenient.
When I order some of it wasn't order I think the crew did not hear me even though I repeatedly say all the order. The crew should be so attentive on it so that customers won't go back again to get that food.
