TERRIBLE customer service! I ordered from here over a month ago and they put the wrong address and I never received the package. I asked for a refund because too much time had elapsed and they disregarded my request, sent the package again, which I rejected and it was sent back. I have sent a total of 9 requests and no one responds, and now I am afraid now I will never get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

Terrible customer service. Sent email twice about the product that I bought from their website and never received. Never got a reply despite the fact that I've ordered hookah pipe and accessories in the past with them.
Idk about the physical shop but the online service was quite surprising. Not only did they mess up my order, which I don't mind as long as they fix it, but they refused to allow an honest review because they thought I was intentionally trying to hurt their eputation\. I emailed them wondering why and the guy ended up trying to insult me in the email for giving a bad review. Ridiculously childish behavior from a man let alone a company!

The hookah was very grizzled and lacked two silicone parts. The glass where the water stays was cracked, in my opinion it is not good product and for this I will only value it with one, and don't bay a product from Darnashop online becase they sending demage product . Very very despointes.
