Lilian was amazing!!! So helpful she managed to deliver an amazing 18th birthday cake for my sons birthday. Timeline was tight but she did a fantastic job and went the extra mile despite moving house literally days before. Cake was delicious and she was warm and friendly and very professional with all her communication. Lovely text to confirm the cake had been hand deliver - what more could you ask for. A fantastic professional service - Lilian I hope the business goes from strength to strength you deserve it.

I attended Lilian’s Thai and Vietnamese Masterclass on 1st March and was so impressed I booked onto the Asian Street Food Class (which took place 5th April). Both events have been great fun and have taken away the mystery behind Asian cuisine. 2 months prior to the Thai and Vietnamese Masterclass my wife and I had returned from a 3 week tour of Vietnam and Cambodia. Whenever we go on holiday we try to experience the best cuisine available, from street food to top rated restaurants. In Cambodia we experienced one of the nicest curry dishes (at Viroth's Hotel - Google it!). However, as soon as we sat down to eat the food we'd prepared, I realised Lilian's Tom Yum Chicken Curry was even nicer! We also made Vietnamese Summer Rolls, with Nuoc Cham and Hoisin Peanut Sauces and, despite using ingredients purchased in the UK, these tasted very similar to ones made in Vietnam. I was that impressed I booked a place on the Asian Street Food Class whilst eating the food we'd prepared. The Asian Street Food Class was equally impressive, we made Singapore Chicken Satay, Japanese Pork and Cabbage Gyoza, Five Spice Wontons, together with a Peanut Sauce and a Ponzu Dipping Sauce. All dishes were fantastic. I would definitely recommend anyone who has an interest in Asian cuisine enrols onto one of Lilian's classes. She has worked in top hotels in Asia and you can definitely tell - I cant believe she got us to produce such fantastic food!
Lilian provides some amazing sushi as a surprise present on my birthday! It was a real treat and everything was hand rolled and made from scratch. A really beautiful meal and such a great eating experience! Lilian has a wonderfully positive attitude and great hospitality skills - she made me feel very special. Thank you Lilian - I highly recommend her cooking talent and expertise. Don’t hesitate to hire Lilian for your event. 5 stars!
Lilian came to my rescue and made the most exquisite Birthday cake for my daughter. She managed to create an absolute work of art only a few days after moving to new premises. She listened to my mumbled ideas and translated them into a superb creation which not only looked amazing but tasted so delicious. I would highly recommend Lilian’s work. Her attention to detail and inspirational designs are quite breath taking.
Lilian made a fabulous rose and pistachio shard cake for my mum's 60th birthday! Not only did it look amazing, but the cake tasted divine. Lilian asked lots of questions about my mum's personality, favourite colours and tastes before designing a truly bespoke cake. My mum was delighted. Thank you Lilian.
