This place is legit. Came here for dinner and it was the only restaurant in town filled with locals. The food was great, the waitress recommended some kind of fried pork (excellent), and the fried potato, which is typical of the area. Everyone was super friendly, they let my dog come inside too. The owner's daughters even spoke a bit of English. Best of all at one point a man passed around cigarettes for everyone, the pinnacle of being welcomed in China.
