If I could give 0 stars I would. We’ve used the light kings in the past and had no problems which is why we wanted to use them again this year. We had the appointment booked for October 16 for several weeks. They didn’t give us a phone call, send us a text or an email and they didn’t even show up. They confirmed the appointment was booked but no showed us today and I’m not happy. If they want to make it right they can start by giving us a discount for the inconvenience of not even bothering to send me a message to let me know there was a problem. As Catherine DeVyre once said, it takes years to win a customer, and seconds to lose one.
