I joined this gym due to the warm and friendly atmosphere. I hadn't been to a gym for many years but so happy I joined Lifestyle as I am really enjoying it. All the staff are so friendly and supportive and nothing is too much trouble . Love the idea of the fact there is a dedicated ladies area and that I can go anytime of the day or night.
