I really appreciate the owner at this shop. The attitude towards customer service is really awesome. He showed patience listening to me and provided genuine suggestions and didn't charged me for couple of screws as well.

Had multiple broken spokes on the commuter and needed a quick turn-around. LOAB took care of this within the day, at a really reasonable price, and with great customer service. Highly recommendable (and an independent shop!)

'Life on a bike' is just the sort of local bike shop every cyclist needs. Friendly, efficient, expert service at reasonable prices. The owner Jef is always obliging and tries hard to fit the job in, to suit the customer's schedule. I've been going to 'life on a bike' for years and would highly recommend it.
