When I first went along for my Complimentary Starter Session, I was stuck in a bit of a rut. My work life was holding me back and I was unsure of what direction to go in. At first, I didn't know what to expect. However, Ali was brilliant. She put me at my ease straight away - spending the time to get me to think about the different options that could be open to me. She also helped me gain the confidence and self belief to achieve my goals. I now feel that I have overcome a big hurdle in my life. Ali is also a lovely person and really spent the time to get to know me as a person. I would highly recommend Life Coaching Bristol.
