The receptionist at the emergency was unfriendly, talking louder in front of other patients who are waiting at the queue to register. I was shocked could this allowed in Switzerland to behave with patient? I would suggest the hospital management to train their employee to be kind with patient. All can't speak fluent German/ Swiss German does not mean they are fool. Also we pay for the treatment. It is not free service. We expect good service for what we pay! Please take action.

Hatte bis lang eine gute Eindruck gehabt. Neue Erfahrungen: Fuß Gelenk wurde sehr gut behandelt. Äußerst freundliches Personal auf dem Orthopädie. Sehr Freundliches Personal auch auf der Notaufnahme usw. Eigentlich sehr empfehlenswert
