I love this place. It is convenient, cheap and has nearly everything you need food-wise and some home essentials. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Social distancing and PPE in place. Right by my work so very quick to grab lunch. Love their fresh pastries and the iced coffee. BUT... stock runs low very quickly and isn't quickly replaced (in my experience). AND... stock isn't checked well. I went into the shop looking for earphones and it appears that someone has gone into the shop and stolen the earphones from the boxes and then replaced the boxes back onto the shelves (12/01/2021). All the boxes I found were empty and damaged. Maybe more security is needed or more staff. Overall, I love this place and if they fixed a few minor issues, it would be fantastic. 9/10.
Nice variety of products. But their covid safety is horrible. Just been there and barely could move around. Too many people. Everyone next to each other. All they have for your safety is an announcement but no one to police people a bit and make sure they keep the distance. Horrible experience...
they should keen more on social distancing and number of people entering the store. Won't even mention about people not wearing face cover
