Store is fine for choice but the staff are never friendly. I hate the rush to pack at the till, especially when it's not busy! There never seems to be enough tills open either. More time and effort with customers would make me go there a lot more often.

Lidl Rushden shortage of staff tills always breaking down, not as cheaper as some people say, I found they are more expensive on meat and bread and same as anywhere else for milk and salads, items of vegitables sold in bags cannot buy loose e.g. lemons or potatoes, Meat shelves not stocked up. Not a great deal of selection although wine and beers good price. Cannot check if anything in stock on line or phone nothing worse than wasted visits to supermarkets especially when the traffic in town in always very busy. My impression is they dont like to spend out on staff in return you get no frills service.
